Randall Till, MBCP
Founder & Lead Consultant
Randall Till (MBCP) has over 20 years experience creating and implementing business continuity practices for organizations to help manage operational risks. His expertise spans marketing, management, and application of business continuity practices following a holistic approach to protect company assets and build resilient services.
Throughout his career, Mr. Till has been responsible for creating business continuity programs from inception to maturity, and has successfully established "best-in-class" practices. He has extensive experience working with senior management to promote business continuity within their organizations, and to foster the appropriate oversight for the BC Program. Mr. Till has work with companies to help customize business continuity practices based on the unique needs and culture of each organization.
Mr. Till is recognized as an industry expert and is a regular speaker at industry events, trade shows and webinars. He has taught business continuity classes for the past 12 years. Starting as a certified instructor for Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Mr. Till has developed and taught his own classes to share best practices in Business Continuity Management.
Mr. Till serves as a member of the Executive Council for the Disaster Recovery Journal. He is the founder and principle consultant for Till Continuity Group, a business continuity management company.
Ty Price
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Mr. Price is a seasoned Business Continuity Management leader with an innovative style to help guide organizations in the area of Business Continuity Management. He has experience at every level and detail of the BCM/DRM/Crisis Management/Resiliency industry. As an energetic visionary he has built comprehensive Business Continuity Programs from the strategic planning level through program implementation. He has built the nation's largest military joint command headquarters COOP program. He has managed consulting and contracting engagements and served as an individual contributor, collecting data to obtain board and/or executive level support for program initiation and expansion.
Mr. Price's expertise is in designing, developing, implementing and managing Global and Enterprise-wide Business Continuity Programs. His BC programs are known for not only fully integrating all current compliance requirements but also scoring at the highest levels of the ITIL based Resiliency capability models.
This top level BC industry aficionado has over 15 years of BCP/COOP/DR/ Resiliency experience, which was on the heels of the hurricane Andrew incident. Ty helped the industry by playing a part in the process of bringing BC eventually to its current high-level standards of overall resiliency. He has over 18 years IT infrastructure, DR and development experience along with 25 years of project and program management experience and currently has an interim Secret and Top Secret Security Clearance.

Terry J. Risley
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Mr. Risley has over 27 years of experience in managing and performing risk management evaluations for highly regulated global organizations. His background includes managing the Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) function for a global payment systems organization, development of BC/DR plans for clients, and conducting Business Impact Analysis, as well as BC/DR testing and training exercises.
Mr. Risley's expertise is in delivering high quality Enterprise Risk Management solutions to a wide variety of industries which included evaluation of organization's BC/DR capabilities, identifying control gaps, and reporting recommendations to executive management and Board of Directors. Terry has been responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to address client's BC/DR issues in a cost effective-efficient manner.
Mr. Risley has served in a strategic consultative role and extensive experience includes overall management of a high availability-high risk global operation which processed over $300 million in transactions annually. He was also involved in the design and implementation of this highly redundant processing environment which maintained 99.99% availability rating on a 7/24 basis. This responsibility included the design and implementation of the operation's BC/DR plans to ensure the efficient recovery of critical business functions and technology environment in event of a disruption in services.
Mr. Risley's extensive experience in analyzing, designing and implementing risk management and business continuity solutions will allow the Till Continuity Group to deliver high quality products and services to our clients. Terry is a highly motivated professional with the ability to develop strategic solutions for clients and communicate effectively to all levels of management.
Paul Chmielewski, ABCP
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Mr. Chmielewski has over five of years experience in business continuity, managing operational risks for private industries and the Canadian government. He has experience designing and building a holistic approach to Business Continuity Management within organizations. His expertise includes designing practices, building plans, conducting tests, exercises and reporting results at an executive level.
Mr. Chmielewski was also the Base Plans Officer for the Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, where he was responsible for establishing their entire business continuity program. Paul has experience working at all levels of business continuity planning and has done work with private sector organizations in building effective business continuity practices. He has helped organizations adapt their business continuity plans and make a stable foundation for their unique needs and requirements.

Patricia A. Post
SUPPORT TEAM
Mrs. Post has a strong background and a solid record of supporting critical organizational areas in the execution of daily business activities and objectives. Pat has strong interpersonal skills and team oriented work approach. She has a proven ability to interface with all levels within an organization. She has coordinated the development and publication of business continuity documentation including recovery plans, training materials, and procedures including the timely maintenance of contact. She has assisted with the implementation of the Incident Command System (ICS) and is experience in ICS concepts and practices.
Jeanne Engel
SUPPORT TEAM
Jeanne Engel brings 35 years of experience to Till Continuity Group. She has provided administrative and marketing services to both non-profit organizations and corporations; creating proposals, brochures and presentations, composing grants, writing newsletters, and editing promotional materials.
Ms. Engel has worked for The Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis [COCA], Hastings & Chivetta Architects, Parkway School District Office of Public Relations [Chesterfield, Missouri], The Wellness Community of Greater St. Louis, and Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
Ms. Engel received a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in 1975 and a Master of Liberal Arts from Washington University in 2008.
Robert Preininger
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Robert M. Preininger has over 15 years experience helping companies ensure the safety, performance and availability of voice, video and data assets. His in-depth knowledge of call and data center design and operation began with Lucent Technologies. The energy needs required to maintain and protect the performance of these centers was furthered with several years experience with Emerson Network Power's Liebert Division. During his tenure with Liebert, he supported the service and maintenance requirements of Vanderbilt University's Main Data Center and Power Generation Plant.
Robert Preininger's experience and presence in the data management industry led to an invitation in 2007 to join the Board of Directors of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Contingency Planners. His continued membership on this board and growing interest in protecting clients' assets through disaster recovery led to formalized training with the Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) International. His successful completion of the training and exam through this organization in November of 2010 qualifies him to apply for full certification as a Business Continuity Professional. Working closely with Randall Till and other prominent members of the business continuity community, Robert will use his knowledge of data center operations and best business practices to further his business continuity knowledge base and to complete the DRI certification process in 2011.
Robert Preininger has served as subject matter expert on local technology round table panels, industry workshops and trade shows, such as Dell Computer University, Green-Business Expo at Lipscomb University, and Roundtable Participant for the Nashville Technology Council.
He is also the President of Business Survival Partners, LLC of Tennessee, a company formed to bring his industry experience to the process of protecting businesses from diverse economic and environmental risks. Robert's collaborative approach to strategic asset protection and business planning is focused on protecting personnel, revenue streams and operational viability to ensure success for businesses throughout Middle Tennessee.
